Grace Lutheran Communities Leaders Gather Virtually for August LDI
These are the faces of leaders who make a difference!
Grace Lutheran Communities and its partner communities' leadership from American Lutheran Communities, Pioneer Health and Rehab, and Heritage of Elmwood held its quarterly "Leadership Development Institute" (LDI) August 6th.
Dozens of leaders gathered online for continuing education based on Grace Lutheran Communities' Journey to Excellence for its leadership. The August quarterly LDI meeting focused on creating a personal mission statement and self care.
The leadership team also learned about enhancements to Grace Lutheran Communities' Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and how it's helping team members in new ways at no additional cost to their families. LDI and EAP are just two ways Grace Lutheran Communities is living out its vision of becoming the employer, provider, and partner of choice for the communities it serves.
Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1960. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, child care, independent living, and adult day services.
